The Common Good Examen is a prayer you can use to reflect on the events of the day in God’s presence and discern how you are called to play your part for the Common Good.
The Examen is intended as a regular daily routine. Many people pray it every morning or evening, or at lunchtime, taking 10 - 30 minutes. We invite you to use the prayer in conjunction with the Common Good Principles. Feel free to download the prayer card from the buttons on the right. Our version is adapted from the original Daily Examen from Ignatian Spirituality.
