Building our common life

How do we counter division and polarisation?

We choose to build a common life.

We chose to hold two debates in the City of London to address two key questions through the lens of the Common Good. We asked:

Is it possible to build a Common Good with Money? and Does the EU help or hinder our national community?

‘Is it Possible to Build a Common Good with Money’ chaired by Dr Eve Poole, with Lord Maurice Glasman and Professor Philip Booth.

‘A Balance of Interests: Britain, the EU and the Common Good’ chaired by Dr Eliza Filby with Dr Jonathan Chaplin, Caroline MacFarland and Peter Smith.

Thanks to all who took part, and our wonderful volunteer team, our partners, CoVi, Kirby Laing Institute for Christian Ethics, and our sponsors, CCLA Good Investment, the Social Stock Exchange and St Michael's Cornhill.
